Step 1 - Check whether the proposed Director has a DIN and Digital Signature (DSC).
Step 3 – Prepare all required documents, including Notice of Board Meeting, Board Resolution, Notice of EGM, EGM Resolution, Letter of Appointment, and DIR-2 (Consent of the Director).
Step 4 – Conduct the Board Meeting / EGM and pass the necessary resolutions for the Director’s appointment.
Step 5 – After completing the DIN approval and documentation, file Form DIR-12 with the MCA for adding the Director.
