Step 2 – File Form TM-A online on the IP India portal with details like name, address, logo/mark, and class of goods or services.

Step 3 – The Trademark Office examines the application, which may take a few weeks, and may raise objections or request clarifications.

Step 4 – Respond to any objections or notices raised by the Trademark Office to move the application forward.

Step 5 – If there are no objections or all objections are resolved, the trademark is officially registered, and the certificate is issued within approximately 4–5 months from filing.
