two individuals come together to make a company, if it is OPC then individual
should be one (this process involve different process, read different article

Private Limited Registration Process includes at least 2 Directors, 2
Shareholders, and can be max 200 members. In this Process DIN (DIRECTOR
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) Plays an important role (If have DIN, then DIN should be
activated, and if not have then in the Process, MCA give you DIN), Digital
Signature (Directors should have DSC i.e., DSC requires for authentication of
the Form, Director should have their KYC documents, and After the Process of
Incorporation, Company will get the AOA(INC 34), MOA(INC 33), Certificate of
Incorporation (COI), PAN, TAN on their Registered Mail ID.
Process
Step 1 - Name Approval : Choose a unique company name using SPICe+ Part A
Step 2 – Apply for DSC : Obtain Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for all subscribers/directors.
Step 3 – Document Preparation : Draft DIR-2 and other required documents.
Step 4 – Online Form Preparation : Prepare SPICe+ Part B, eMOA, eAOA, and AGILE-PRO forms online.
Step 5 – Online Filing : Submit SPICe+ Part B, eMOA, eAOA, and AGILE-PRO forms for approval.
Step 6 – Certificate & Tax Details : Receive Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, and TAN for your company.
Step 7 – Address Proof Filing : Submit Form INC-22 with registered office proof (rent agreement, if applicable) within 30 days from the date of registration
