Process
Step 1 - Gather all required documents including PAN card, proof of business address, incorporation certificate/LLP agreement/partnership deed, bank account details, and identity proofs of founders.
Step 2 – Prepare basic information about your startup such as the industry, problem your startup is solving, market size, number of employees, and any existing funding or support availed.
Step 3 – Create an account on the NSWS (National Startup Work Support) portal using your email ID.

Step 5 – Upload all required documents to support your application.
Step 6 – Review your application thoroughly and submit it on the NSWS portal.
Step 7 – DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) verifies your application and may request additional information if needed.
Step 8 – Upon approval, download your Startup India recognition certificate from the NSWS portal.
